Correction: You may request corrections to your personal data held by us.
Requests: All requests should be submitted in writing to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@shineedtech.com. A reasonable fee may be charged for access requests, and we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.

We take appropriate administrative, physical, and technical measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected or as required by law. Transfers of Personal Data Outside of Singapore
